Her expertise spans strategic frameworks including design thinking, lean startup methodologies, technology scouting, and the facilitation of value creation workshops—efforts that have collectively generated over $100 million in customer value. Kristi is widely recognized for her ability to translate emerging trends and technologies into scalable, real-world innovations. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Covenant College and is a Certified Specialist in Design Thinking and Innovation.
